At AARA Counselling Services, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible support. Please review our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of appointments is not permitted. We encourage you to commit to your scheduled sessions to ensure continuity of care.
- Refund Policy
All payments for counselling services are non-refundable. Once a session has been conducted, the fee is considered earned.
- Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and work with you to find a suitable alternative time.
- No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” The session fee will be charged, and no rescheduling will be allowed.
- Please ensure you have a stable, high-speed internet connection for your online counselling session. No refunds will be issued for connectivity issues on your end.
- The payment covers one 45-minutes session. Please join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. If you join late (up to 15 mins), the session will still conclude at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be granted. If you don’t show up after 15 mins, the session will be cancelled and considered as a “no-show,” with no refund issued.
