Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 years and above unless otherwise specified. By booking a session, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are seeking counselling voluntarily.
Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information shared during counselling sessions. Information will not be disclosed without your consent except where disclosure is required by law, necessary to prevent serious harm to yourself or others, or otherwise permitted under applicable legal and ethical guidelines.

Appointments and Client Responsibilities
Counselling sessions are available by prior appointment only.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact and booking information.
Attending sessions at the scheduled time.
Ensuring a private and suitable environment for online sessions.
Maintaining a stable internet connection and appropriate device access for virtual counselling sessions.
Fees and Payments
Session fees will be communicated before booking and must be paid in accordance with the payment instructions provided.

Professional Boundaries
AARA Counselling Services provides counselling support within the scope of professional counselling practice. Our services do not constitute medical treatment, psychiatric care, emergency intervention, legal advice, or financial advice.
If a client’s needs fall outside the scope of counselling services, an appropriate referral to another qualified professional or service may be recommended.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Counselling is a highly individual process, and outcomes vary from person to person. While every effort is made to provide professional support, guidance, and evidence-informed counselling services, no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.
Crisis and Emergency Situations
AARA Counselling Services does not provide emergency or crisis intervention services.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, risk of harm, or any situation requiring immediate assistance, please contact local emergency services, a crisis helpline, a psychiatrist, or another appropriate healthcare provider immediately.
Limitation of Liability
